2teaspoonssweet paprika powder
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonhot paprika powder or cayenne pepper

Instructions
Pat the chicken breast dry with a paper towel, but do not wash it.
Mix oil and spices to form a marinade. Place the chicken breast fillets in a baking dish and rub them all over with the marinade.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with a fan setting (convection mode) and bake for about 20-25 minutes. The exact cooking time may vary depending on the size of the chicken breasts and your oven.Note: The chicken is done when the juices run clear. The thickest part should show a whitish, fibrous texture. For accuracy, use a meat thermometer; the chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F - 175°F (75°C - 80°C) at its thickest part.
